Here is a checklist of tasks that you might want to ask somebody else to do, at least every now and then, to free up some time and energy for you to do other things. You can treat it as a list of ideas, or as a challenge. Have all 10 items completed by someone else at least once. It's up to you!

  1. Laundry
  2. Babysitting or looking after the children for an afternoon or evening
  3. Cleaning
  4. Grocery shopping
  5. Walk the dog or look after the family pet
  6. Cook a meal
  7. Make appointments (doctors, hairdressers, dentists...)
  8. Water the plants
  9. Answer phone calls
  10. Balance bank accounts and pay bills on your behalf
